What Zen Fitness Stores
Zen Fitness may store your practice settings, completed holds, body response choices, breath choices, and optional notes. If you use the app without signing in, this data is stored in your browser. If you sign in, you can upload and restore this data through your account.
Reflection Notes
Reflection notes can contain personal observations. Zen Fitness treats them as user-owned practice data. They are not intended for advertising targeting, resale, or profiling.
Account Sync
When you sign in, you choose when to upload this device or restore from your account. Zen Fitness does not upload local practice data until you use an account action.
Export And Deletion
You can export local practice data from the app. Signed-in users can also request deletion of account practice data. Clearing local data removes the browser copy on that device.
Beta Contact
During private beta, use the contact channel that invited you to Zen Fitness for privacy questions, data export questions, or deletion follow-up. A public support address should be added before broader launch.
