Data Deletion

Local Data

Use Clear Local Data in the app to remove practice data and setup choices from the current browser. This affects only that device/browser.

Account Data

Signed-in users can use Request Deletion in Settings > Account. This records a deletion request for synced account practice data.

What Deletion Should Cover

Deletion should include account practice settings, completed holds, reflection data, and profile information unless retention is legally required for payment records, abuse prevention, or security.

Beta Follow-Up

During private beta, deletion requests may be handled manually. Use Beta Report or the contact channel that invited you to Zen Fitness if you need confirmation or follow-up.
